What is food explain?

To use food as a reference frame to understand other understandings of health, health is seen as a continuum. At any given point in time, health relates to the resources available and to the health behaviors people have, in particular, whether or not they are physically active and if they consume healthy food. Using food as a model and reference frame, food becomes an instrument for making sense of a wider context, a social context, and a political context. Imagine you don’t have enough water at a key moment in time and the nutritional effects of that food crisis are important to you. Food, as a reference frame, becomes an instrument to assess the linkages between a person’s current state of water, or lack of water, and her state of health.
