The PGK Project is a critically acclaimed contemporary dance company showcasing the award winning choreography of Artistic Director Peter G. Kalivas. Based in San Diego, California the company features a beautiful and diverse group of dancers in innovative, accessible performances and educational programming locally, nationally and internationally. The PGK Project's Mission is to provide affordable, entertaining performances of the highest quality that promote community, accessibility and diversity through dance. To produce events that create appreciation and awareness for the arts where dance is a cultural expression intended for everyone.

About Lightning:
At Lightning, we are focused on being a brewery that does not follow-on the great beers made by other breweries in San Diego County. Instead, we pride ourselves on extending the spectrum of great beers made locally. Included in the implementation of our philosophy is the adage of “Better Beer Through Science.” We strive to make truly great beers in a way that is robust and reproducible.
On Wednesday, September 15 at 7pm, 57 Degrees will continue its "Drinking like a Pro" series with a look at international white wines tasting hosted by Frank Marquez, freelance wine writer and professional wine buyer. Marquez stated, "Fine white wines are more difficult to produce than fine red wines. Most white wines have become almost one dimensional, flabby and boring. Creating white wines that are interesting has almost become a lost art. In this tasting, we will explore the new international whites that are making an impact on the wine business."
